Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

All applicable sales taxes will be added to your order total during checkout. The amount of tax will depend on your shipping destination and local tax regulations.
We ship across Canada using reliable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
Currently, we only ship within Canada. International shipping may become available in the future, and these terms will be updated accordingly.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your coffee, you may return unopened bags within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
