We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Canada takes 3-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. During peak seasons, there may be slight delays.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return unopened coffee bags within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

For optimal freshness, store your coffee beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer as moisture and temperature fluctuations can affect the flavor. Whole beans stay fresh for about 2-3 weeks after opening when stored properly.
