We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return unopened coffee bags within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We're working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations. Please check back with us or sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
For optimal freshness, store your coffee beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer as moisture and temperature fluctuations can affect the flavor. Whole beans stay fresh for about 2-3 weeks after opening when stored properly.
